Check-in
Please arrive 20 – 30 minutes prior to appointment to take full advantage of our luxury spa facilities. Spa appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the appointment is shortened to allow the technician to be on time for the next session.
Policies
In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones and pagers are turned off. Outside alcohol and smoking are not permitted. We encourage the use of your in-room safe deposit box, if you are hotel guest, otherwise the spa provides you with a locker.
Therapists
You may request a male or female massage therapist, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our licensed massage and spa therapists are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.
Special Needs
Please advise upon booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure or you are pregnant.
Clothing
We provide you with a robe and slippers. You are draped during your massage. Undergarments may be worn if preferred.

Please communicate with your technician to ensure satisfaction and to customize your services to fit your needs.
