Whether you wish to send a fax, ship a package, make some copies or rent presentation equipment for a conference you’re hosting at our Calgary hotel, our professional staff will be here to assist you with whatever your business requires. Our extensive services include:

Printing & Copying
Laser printing, color printing, copies, covers and transparencies are available for your presentations.

Workstations
Workstations have high-speed Internet access, Microsoft Office and Windows XP as well as black and white or color printing.

Faxing
The Business Centre can send and receive guest faxes between 7am and 11pm.
The Front Desk can send and receive guest faxes between 11pm and 7am.

Shipping
Why carry those heavy bulky packages back on the plane? We'll lighten your load by shipping Purolator or your preferred courier.

Other Services
We offer a messenger service, office equipment rentals (laptops, copiers, etc.) and a 24-Hour Internet Kiosk available for a fee of $2 per 10 minutes.

We carry an assortment of office supplies that are available for purchase.  If we do not carry what you require, we will make every attempt to order it for you.
